You pay our therapists directly and that commercial transaction is considered to be a binding contract solely between you and the independent contractor. Our sole role may be to act as arbiter between you and the independent contractor.

  7. You are responsible for your own health and safety when interacting with the independent contractor sent by Massage Jamaica. Any legal problem or incident must be reported to the relevant authorities by yourself or the independent contractor within 12 hours of the occurance of any such incident. Massage Jamaica is not liable or responsible in any way for any incidents occuring between you and the independent contractor.
